TC4DC project aimed to increased the knowledge for country specific situation for dual career with emphases of dual career in tennis.

Along with that the project Survey aims to:

Increase awareness for athlete’s objective needs and expectations in sport and dual career.

Increase awareness for club managers and coach’s objective needs and expectations in dual career and club management.

Increase awareness and knowledge for possibilities of tennis clubs in dual career in line with EU regulation and best practices from other countries and sports.

Raise awareness of talented athletes, coaches and stakeholders in sports about national and EU achievements in regard to dual career of athletes.

Increase capacity to evaluate and choose optimal career paths, better understanding of EU sports policies and EU Guidelines on dual careers for athletes.

Increase knowledge of partners on existing dual career programs and policies on sports club level.

Raise awareness of the EU Guidelines on DC of athletes and its implementation in the EU.

Increase knowledge for tennis club managers on EU strategies in the field of dual careers for athletes, existing career counselling services for talented athletes and coaches.
